Add-on · Duebell Answer
The phone, answered
Answer picks up your business line 24/7, tells callers your hours and address, takes a message and books what it can. It's a paid add-on — it attaches to whichever plan you're already on and isn't included in any of them.
Test drive
$0one time
30 minutes total · about 20 calls†
Thirty minutes to hear it answer, once. Test calls only — the assistant says it is a setup test. It does not renew.
- —Enough for about 20 test calls while you get the wording right
- —Test calls only, clearly labelled as setup testing
- —Does not renew and does not roll into a paid tier
Answer Lite
$39/mo
150 minutes a month · about 100 calls a month†
One phone number, answered every time it rings.
- —Roughly 100 calls a month answered instead of missed
- —One phone number
- —Callers get your hours, your address and a message taken
Past 150 minutes it keeps answering at 25¢ a minute. No cutoff.
Answer Pro
$89/mo
400 minutes a month · about 265 calls a month†
For a phone that rings all day, plus a record of what was said.
- —Roughly 265 calls a month answered instead of missed
- —One phone number
- —A written transcript of every call
- —Questions it couldn't answer come back to you as a list to fill in
- —After-hours calls routed the way you choose
Past 400 minutes it keeps answering at 25¢ a minute. No cutoff.
Answer Business
$199/mo
1200 minutes a month · about 800 calls a month†
Several numbers drawing on one shared pool of minutes.
- —Roughly 800 calls a month across every number you run
- —Three numbers included, $3 a month for each one after that
- —Minutes are pooled — a busy week on one line borrows from the others
- —Its own Fast Answers and knowledge per location or business
- —Everything in Answer Pro
Past 1200 minutes it keeps answering at 25¢ a minute. No cutoff.
How the minutes are counted
- Minutes are metered in 6-second increments, on connected time only. Ring time is never charged.
- Past your included minutes it keeps answering at 25¢ a minute. Calls are never cut off.
- We email you at 80% and 95% of your included minutes, so an overage is never a surprise.
- If a call hits a fallback or a broken reply, those minutes are refunded automatically. You never pay for a call that didn't work.
- The add-on sits on top of whichever base plan you're on. Cancel it separately, in one tap.
† Call estimates assume a 1.5-minute average, which is what a typical answered call runs — hours, address, a message taken. Longer calls mean fewer, shorter calls mean more.
Worth knowing
What a missed date usually costs
Not a scare tactic — just the numbers people tend not to think about until they're paying them.
Expired vehicle registration
Most states add a late penalty for every month you're past due, and a ticket for expired tags costs more than the renewal did.
A free trial you forgot to cancel
A single missed month is commonly $15–$40. Annual plans that auto-renew are a lot more, and most don't refund.
A lapse in auto insurance
Even a short gap can follow your record and raise your rate for years. Reinstatement usually carries its own fee.
An expired driver's license
Renew far enough past the expiration date and some states make you start over — written test, road test, or both.
Figures vary by state and provider. Duebell costs less for a year than most single one of these. That's the whole pitch.
What happens when the trial ends?
On day 14 we email you. If you haven't added a card, the account drops to Free — your dates and documents stay, texts stop once your ten trial texts are gone.
What if I go over a limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing auto-charges. We tell you which limit you hit and offer the next plan up. On Free, the three texts, three scans and one helper task are a one-time try — they do not refill each month, and your email reminders keep running either way.
Can I switch or cancel?
Any time, from this screen. Upgrades start immediately and we credit the unused part. Cancel and you keep the plan through the day you already paid for.
What is a helper task?
A written deliverable you use yourself. Tell us the situation and we come back with the document, script, or step-by-step — the cancellation message, the dispute letter, the exact renewal steps and where to file them. We don't call anyone, book anything, or file on your behalf. We do the paperwork; you hit send.
Do you contact companies for me?
No. Duebell is self-serve by design — nothing goes out under your name without you sending it. We give you the exact wording, the leverage, and the steps, and you stay in control of every message and call.
